About Us
Established in 1987, Ingleton Climbing Wall has been at the heart of climbing in this Yorkshire Town for over 30 years! The wall packs a lot into a small space with 42 lead and top-rope lines from 8 to 13m tall. There are also 2 bouldering rooms, a circuit board and the training balcony complete with Wideboyz jamming crack.
Main Wall
The oldest part of the building and converted from a barn in the 80's, the Main Wall area has 25 lines up to 13m and has recently been refurbished. There is a variety of vertical, overhanging and corner lines and routes ranging from 3 to 7b. There is also a featured top-rope wall ideal for groups sessions, inductions and parties. |
The Tower
Comprising of fifteen 12m lead and top-rope lines, the Tower room has plenty of routes for all abilities. There are around 150 routes in all roped areas and are regular set by our team of superb setters plus guest setters from further afield, The Slab In Boulder Room 1, there is a two 7m slab TR's for beginners and kids sessions. |
Bouldering Rooms
There are 2 bouldering rooms at Ingleton Wall hosting a series of graded circuits throughout the grades. We have slabs, vertical walls, plenty of overhanging problems and a horizontal roof. Training Balcony An upstairs space dedicated to training with a spread of wooden/resin holds and a jamming crack. |
